Oh, that healthcare reform...

Well, Congress passed the healthcare reform bill.  Several states are threatening to sue the federal government challenging it on Constitutional grounds.  Maybe I should get back to analyzing the Constitution to see if the states have recourse and whether our founding fathers would have thought this bill to be too much government.
